Earlier this month Apple placed preauthorization holds on the credit card accounts for iPad pre-orders. It assures that whether sufficient credit is available for the pending transactions, as Apple plans to begin shipping out iPad orders.
Consumers are showing much interest in the preauthorization credit holds for iPad pre-orders placed on their credit cards for the both models Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi + 3G iPad. Wi-Fi models are ready for home delivery on April 3rd and Wi-Fi+ 3G will be available late April. Only Wi-Fi models are planned to setup on April 3rd. One point is not clear that why Apple has inducted the transaction process early for the Wi-Fi + 3G model.
